No credit card or advance payment is required to start the free trial.

XYZ Bill operates on a prepaid subscription model.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Subscription fees must be paid in advance.

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after purchase.
• We do not provide refunds because a user decides not to continue using the software after upgrading.
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time remaining in a subscription.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, security updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XYZ Bill shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Loss of customers
• Loss of goodwill
• Data loss resulting from user actions
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the software

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you for the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Misuse the platform or interfere with other users.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Material changes will be published on our website or within the application. Continued use of XYZ Bill after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
