Data Deletion Instructions
If you want to delete your personal data collected through our WhatsApp / Meta integration, you can request deletion at any time.
We respect your privacy and comply with Meta Platform policies regarding user data deletion.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data in any of the following ways:
Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to : care@xyzbill.com
With the subject : Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your email address or phone number used in the service
- A description of the data you want deleted (or write “all data”)
Option 2: Automated Deletion Request (if applicable)
If your account is connected through WhatsApp or Meta Login, you can also request deletion by contacting us via our app or business WhatsApp number:

What Happens After You Request Deletion
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify your identity
- We will delete all associated personal data from our systems
- Deletion will be completed within 30 days
- Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., billing or legal records)
